Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code.
Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹79 shipping charge, shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery is available. Please keep the exact amount ready in cash or UPI.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. We share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Refunds, returns & cancellations
Our products are food and wellness items, so we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged, leaking, expired or wrong items: email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the product and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Cancellations: you can cancel any time before dispatch by emailing us with your order number. Prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are refunded in full.
Refund timing: approved refunds are issued within 2 business days to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show the credit. COD refunds are paid by UPI or bank transfer.
Refused or undelivered COD orders may lose COD access for future orders.
Terms of use
Prices are in Indian Rupees and are MRP inclusive of all taxes. We may change prices; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, the price was shown incorrectly, or the order appears fraudulent. Any amount paid is refunded in full.
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. ADD BEFORE LAUNCH: your city courts have jurisdiction.
Privacy policy
What we collect: your name, mobile number, email and delivery address when you order, and your name, mobile number, PIN code and address when you request a free water trial. Payment details go directly to Razorpay and are not stored by us.
Why: to deliver your order, send order updates, handle returns, and answer your questions.
Who we share it with: only our courier partners and Razorpay, as needed to complete your order. We never sell your data.
Marketing: we only send offers if you ask to receive them, and you can opt out any time.
Your browser: the shop saves your cart and checkout details on your own device so you don't lose them. Clear your browser data to remove them.
Your rights: email us to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
